Best and Effective Add Formats in Adsense

In the Google Adsense,you have a chance to place three Normal Add Units,Three Link units,Two Search Bars.But choosing a correct Add format is very important. While choosing your add formats you have to remember one thing that,if your site is having Three column template,then choose 300*250 Add format in your posts,and have a 728*90 Leader board add format in the bellow to the header and in between the three columns.And also use one Sky Scraper 160*600 at exactly in the right side of your Sidebar column.Use link units at left side.
